Personal Data Requested

In this consultation we make an optional request for some personal data. This includes your full name. In addition, we make requests for the name of your organisation (if applicable), profession, and the local authority in which you/your organisation are based. These will allow us to contextualise your response and how it is considered in our analysis of responses.

Storage of personal data

HES will hold the personal data collected through this consultation for no more than the current year plus five years. Information collected through this survey will be deleted from Citizen Space servers after the survey closes and has been analysed, however may remain on backup servers for approximately 12 months. The data will be used to inform our future strategy for grant funding. In some cases where permission has been granted, we may use a direct quote to support our reporting. The raw data from the respondent will only be available to the Historic Environment Scotland Grants team.
